Definitions.--As used on this part-- ``(1) the phrases `material that's dangerous to minors' and `sex' have the that means given such phrases in section 2252B; and ``(2) the term `source code' means the combination of text and different characters comprising the content material, each viewable and nonviewable, of an internet page, together with any webpage publishing language, programming language, protocol or purposeful content material, as well as any successor languages or protocols.''. 6 months after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Attorney General shall undergo the Committee on the Judiciary of the House of Representatives and the Committee on the Judiciary of the Senate a report-- (1) evaluating measures to enhance the flexibility of Federal, State, and native criminal investigators of homicide to unravel homicides involving missing persons and unidentified human stays; and (2) including an examination of-- (A) measures to increase national criminal data databases with correct data regarding lacking individuals and unidentified human remains; (B) the gathering of DNA samples from potential ``high-risk'' lacking individuals; (C) the benefits of increasing entry to nationwide criminal records databases for medical examiners and coroners; (D) any improvement within the performance of postmortem examinations, autopsies, and reporting procedures of unidentified individuals or remains; (E) any coordination between the National Center for Missing Children and the National Center for Missing Adults; (F) web site postings (or different makes use of of the Internet) of data of identifiable data corresponding to physical features and traits, clothing, and photographs of lacking individuals and unidentified human stays; and (G) any enchancment with respect to-- (i) the collection of DNA information for missing individuals and unidentified human remains; and (ii) coming into such data into the Combined DNA Index System of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and nationwide criminal records databases. |
